This Charging Pile Pendulum Impact Test Apparatus is specially developed to conduct mechanical strength tests on electric vehicle charging piles and power distribution cabinets. It supports two standard impact test modes: pendulum impact and vertical drop hammer impact. By converting gravitational potential energy into kinetic energy, it accurately simulates external mechanical collision impacts on equipment housings. Equipped with an intuitive touch operation interface and reliable anti-secondary impact braking function, the machine delivers stable, repeatable test results to verify the structural durability of EV charging pile.
1.IEC 61851-1:2017 Electric vehicle conductive charging system – Part 1: General requirements, Clause 12.11
2.IEC 60068-2-75:2014 Environmental testing – Part 2-75: Tests – Test Eh: Hammer tests
3.IEC 62262:2021 Degrees of protection provided by enclosures for electrical equipment against external mechanical impacts (IK code)
4.IEC 62477-1:2022 Safety requirements for power electronic converter systems and equipment – Part 1: General, Clause 5.2.2.4.3
5.IEC 62439-7:2022 Industrial communication networks – High availability automation networks – Part 7: Ring redundancy protocol, Clause 10.2.701.2
This equipment is designed to conduct mechanical strength tests on EV charging piles and power distribution cabinets for electric vehicle charging systems.
Test Eha (Pendulum Impact): The impact weight is released freely from a set height along a 1-meter pendulum arm. It strikes the specimen horizontally at the lowest vertical point. The gravitational potential energy converts into kinetic energy to complete the impact test on the sample.
Test Ehc (Vertical Drop Hammer Impact): The impact weight falls vertically from rest at a specified height along a guide tube onto the horizontal surface of the test piece. The conversion of gravitational potential energy to kinetic energy realizes the impact testing of the specimen.
