This universal tensile testing machine, when equipped with customized fixtures, complies with testing standards including IEC 62196-3:2026 Clause 9, IEC 62196-1:2025 Clauses 9, 13.3.2, 16.9, 26.7.3, Table 6, and BS 1363-2 Clauses 11.10.7 and 13.11.4.
Controlled by dedicated computer software, it is widely used for mechanical performance testing of:
• Non-metallic materials: rubber, plastics, wire and cable, textiles, waterproof materials, non-woven fabrics
• Metallic materials: metal wires, foils, plates, and rods
With optional special fixtures, it also supports various tests on finished products, including tensile, compression, peeling, shearing, tearing, and bending (folding). The system supports multiple data printouts and graphical comparisons across different datasets, featuring high control precision and user-friendly operation.
